    • A crystal clear, clean, and crisp ale. Tradition and freshness are the name of the game here.

    • ABV: 5.4%

    • Our Bavarian approved replica of the OG hazy wheat beer from Munich: hefeweizen. Expect an effervescent beer with a thick head and yeasty notes of clove. citrus peel and banana bread.

Hoppy

    • ABV: 6.7%

    • believe that most of the best art throughout history was created for a loved one. Well, my medium of choice is beer, and I always wanted to brew a beer dedicated to my wife. Well, one day this recipe just hit me like a bolt of lightning when I found a special hop that shares her name: McKenzie.

      This beer was built around McKenzie hops and I feel it embodies everything she is: bright, fun, has a backbone and aims to please everyone! As one of my most requested recipes back in the homebrew days, I knew I had something. I couldn’t be happier with this “love letter” to the person I appreciate the most. I believe in in so much that it is one of the only beers we have on tap full time.

    • This is our take on the new school version of a West Coast IPA. Clean, clear and juicy with a hop punch. Bernie is made with Nelson Sauvin and Superdelic which give this beer hoppy notes of Red Fruit Candy, White Grapes, and Tropical Fruit

    • ABV: 8.0%

    • This amped up IPA is inspired by the life of a rock star and highlights some sexy hops. This beer is pillowy, strong and loaded with Nectaron, Amarillo and Krush hops that will hit like a mimosa morning after a wild gig!

Malty / dark

    • ABV: 4.7%

    • A rich and auburn English style pub ale. This beer is very sessionable with flavor notes of toasted biscuits and caramel.

    • ABV: 5.6%

    • Probably the most famous party beer of all time! This beer is our replica of the classic Oktoberfest for celebrating the season. Dark amber in color and malty/bready in flavor. Prost!

    • ABV: 5.8%

    • A specialty version of our full bodied and roasty porter. Flavored with peanut butter, this rich and smooth beer is reminiscent of a chocolate covered peanut butter wafer!

    • ABV: 3.8%

    • This beer was inspired by a family recipe for cranberry sauce. It is a kettle soured Berliner Weiss style beer that is aged on cranberries, raspberries, orange peel and vanilla beans. It’s a refreshingly tart sour beer that is perfect with is turkey dinner!

    • ABV: 5.5%

    • This is a specialty version of our American Wheat Ale to celebrate the harvest/spooky season. We sacrifice hundreds of apples from a local orchard to the beer gods by crushing them and brewing with their remains!

    • ABV: 7.1 %

    • Light in color like a blond but roasty and full bodied like a stout. This “nice tasty…” hybrid beer has an added twist of being aged on Chet Ripley’s favorite brand of toasted coconut and peanut butter flavored candy bars.
